- Brick & Mortar Still Relevant: 28% kick things off at the mall, with Gen Z leading the charge (35%).
- Digital Duo: Researching online (search engines & brand/retailer sites) is most popular (24% each).
- Social Savvy: Nearly half use social media for holiday shopping, with video (especially 1-5 minute formats) being the most captivating.
- Omnichannel is Key: 82% value a seamless experience across channels.
