Inbox Marketing has been founded in 2005 as a spin-off of Hit Mail, the biggest direct marketing group in Romania. We have 350 full-time employees.

Hit Mail Group covers all fields of direct marketing: database administration, call-center activities, promotions, letter shop, and direct marketing creative services.

Our Services

We are able to manage letterbox marketing projects in top 90 cities across Romania. We are covering all the cities with > 100,000 habitants.

Total number of households covered: about 3.4 million, meaning 45% of the total Romanian households and 85% of the urban households

We are able to target the distribution using our system of proximity and income indexes by area.

In addition to letterbox services, we offer distribution in fixed points (sidewalk, entrance of commercial places, theaters, etc), and addressed distribution (samples, invitations, gifts etc).

Internal quality check (door-to-door, outbound calls) is mandatory for all projects

Daily reports and detailed report at the end of the project are included in the standard service
