- Increase penetration of new customers to P&O Cruises
- Generate incremental Ship Visits within a close proximity to Southampton Docks
A well-branded 12 page creative , tied into P&O Cruises above-the-line advertising featuring Rob Brydon and featured a clear call to action indicating one could get additional on-board credit and book for a minimal 5% deposit.
Whistl built a targeting model using anonymised customer data. A sophisticated targeting model was created to unlock key postcode sectors with high propensity, high value customers both nationally and within areas of Southampton.
Generated a VERY positive ROI as well as a YoY increase of 94% of Ship Visits booked directly from the doordrop i.e over 4,600 NEW guests generated from Doordrop Media
