Meet the ELMA Board
The ELMA President is elected every year for 1 year and the Executive Committee or Board is made up of 5 members:
Mark Davies - President
Mark is responsible for ensuring the growth of TNT Post’s door drop business, formerly known as Circular Distributors. Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mark occupied several key sales roles at the company, which he joined in 2003. Before this, Mark spent 10 years seeing the world in the travel and leisure industry and has lived and worked in Santa Barbara, Boston, Amsterdam and Barcelona.
Mark is President of ELMA (the European Letterbox Marketing Association), sits on the DMA Door Drop Committee with responsibility for Events and PR and lectures on door drops for the Institute of Promotional Marketing. He speaks regularly on the door drop industry both in the UK and across Europe.
Iris Fuchs - Membership Sub-Committee
Iris is the Divisional Developing Manager and Head of Quality Management for the Walter Werbung (Doordrop Media) Group. She joined Walter in 1989 and has held several key sales roles within the company before being promoted to her current role of divisional and quality Manager. Iris oversees the growth of all doordrop activites and ensures quality standards are met.
She was appointed to the ELMA (European Letterbox Marketing Association) Board in 2007.
Eduard Quintana - Sales & Marketing Sub-Committee
Eduard Quintana founded Traycco in 1987 and is currently the CEO.
After successfully graduating from the University of Barcelona with a Law Degree, Eduard changed his career when he discovered Direct Marketing, which was just in its infancy 26 years ago in Spain. Eduard is married with 2 children and is proud to have personally distributed the very first Traycco leaflet.
Since then, Traycco has grown from strength to strength, joined ELMA and its Board in 1992 and opened eight regional offices in Spain, thus becoming the largest company in the market with 100% private capital.
Today, Traycco's portfolio include most major brands, both local and international, and agencies / media centers across the country.
Philippe Thomas - Quality Sub-Committee
Philippe Thomas is Quality and Geodemographic Manager for Adrexo and has been a member of the Executive Board since 1999. Adrexo is the private leader of Door to Door distribution in France (8,7 billion leaflets and catalogues per annum).
In his role as Marketing manager from 1999 to 2011, he increased market share for the company from 8% to 45%.
Philippe joined Adrexo after holding the position of R&D and Market research manager at Mediapost, La Poste Group for 12 years, where some of his main achievements were to propel the revenue growth in excess of 100 million as well as introduce new targeting services and direct mail products.
Michael Seidl - Legal Sub-Committee
Graduated from WU Vienna with a Business Administration Degree and spent 7 years working within the Publishing industry before joining the Österreichische Post AG in 2001
Since 2005, Michael holds the position of Marketing Manager for feibra, the Austrian doordrop specialist and 100% subsidiary of Österreichische Post AG.
Michael was appointed as ELMA Board Member in 2011 and is responsible for Legal Affairs.
