The Objective
The largest Slovak perfumery network FAnn-perfumery decided to address a selected group of clients via direct mail, ie. They wanted to target clients who, during a given period, have met specific criteria with their purchases whilst using their loyalty cards.
The Campaign
The client used a personalized self-mailer to address them. This included colorful advertising for some products, a list of stores and, of course, a gift coupon for a discount on a specific purchase. It was a one-time unique code that was usable in stores and e-shops. Interestingly enough, employees of KOLOS were also included in the recipient's database.
The Results
The campaign's results were extremely positivel and exceeded Fann Parfumerie's original expectations.
